1. About PortANumber

PortANumber is a number service operated by Lunni Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We sell pre-provisioned US telephone numbers with associated account credentials (phone number, account number, and PIN) that customers may use as port-in identifiers when switching to a new wireless carrier.

2. What You Are Buying

When you purchase from PortANumber you are purchasing a one-time set of telephone number credentials. Specifically you receive:

• A real US telephone number on a live telecommunications network
• An account number associated with that number
• A four-digit PIN associated with that number

You are NOT purchasing a phone plan, wireless service, physical SIM card, or any ongoing telecommunications service. You are purchasing access credentials only.

3. Intended Use

The credentials we provide are intended to be used as port-in identifiers when switching to a new wireless carrier. You acknowledge that:

• Carrier promotions and switching deals are offered entirely at the discretion of individual carriers
• PortANumber makes no guarantee that any specific carrier will honor a promotional deal in connection with your port-in
• Carrier policies, promotional terms, and eligibility requirements change frequently and are outside our control
• Results may vary by carrier, location, individual store, and store representative

4. No Affiliation with Carriers

PortANumber is a service of Lunni Solutions LLC. PortANumber and Lunni Solutions LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, or any other wireless carrier or telecommunications company.

All carrier names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification and descriptive purposes. The use of any carrier name does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or sponsorship between Lunni Solutions LLC and that carrier.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from PortANumber. By purchasing you represent that you are of legal age and that your use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Payment

All purchases are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US dollars.

7. Delivery

Your credentials will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 2 minutes of payment confirmation. PortANumber is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email provider issues. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate and accessible.

8. Validity Period

Each set of credentials is valid for 7 days from the time of purchase. After this period the number may be released from our network and the credentials may no longer be functional. We do not offer extensions to the validity period.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use credentials purchased from PortANumber for any of the following purposes:

• SIM swapping, account takeover, or any form of identity theft or fraud
• Circumventing two-factor authentication without authorization
• Any activity that violates federal, state, or local law
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Resale or redistribution without our express written permission
• Any activity that violates a carrier's terms of service in a manner that causes harm to third parties

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe intends to use our service for prohibited purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lunni Solutions LLC's liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, missed promotions, or carrier decisions.

We do not guarantee that the credentials we provide will result in a successful port-in, that any carrier will accept them, or that any promotional offer will be granted. Carrier decisions are entirely outside our control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of PortANumber or these terms shall be brought exclusively in a competent court of jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
